Arturo Martinez is a devoted husband and father of 2. With over 21 years of experience in the valley working with construction companies and individual homeowners, Martinez is passionate about helping clients make their dream home a reality.

With almost 3 decades of experience, Jose is known for his exemplary work ethic and attention to detail. His devotion to positively impacting others goes far beyond the job he does, and extends into the relationships he builds, his devotion to his family, and his commitment to fostering professional development in others.

Adam is excited to take the experience he gained as the CEO for a local roofing company to new heights in the general construction industry. He has always had a passion for helping others and disrupting the negative stereotypes about the construction industry by exemplifying his SHIELD core values. Adam is devoted to his beautiful family and sharing his love for Jesus Christ.
